Callaghan Square

Callaghan Square is a major new public and business area in Cardiff, near to the city’s revitalised centre and the railway station. It was a key development which would also provide a visual ‘missing link’ between these areas and Cardiff Bay. Phase one of this masterplan provides 165,000sqft of office space in three buildings, set within an enlivened public area of cafes and restaurants.
