A flagship showroom for Mini achieved in a former Bank called for a number of structural alterations, including removal of the bank’s vault from the basement of the building. The only way to achieve this was by breaking the floor open – we put forward a concept for retaining the large hole and making the revealed basement an integral part of the sales area, increasing the number of cars which could be sold from 8 to 13 – an attractive prospect to our client!
