Designed for the University of Oxford at their Begbroke Science park, these flexible buildings accommodate the Institute for Advanced Technology and the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise. They are critical to the development of the Science Park. They form the hub of an interdisciplinary centre of scientific and technological excellence, harnessing the creativity of the University’s academics and permitting an effective transfer of technology to create major new commercial opportunities. They represent outstanding value for money at less than £750/m2 (shell and core).
